10 Password Managers Worth Considering for Small Business Owners

Ten vault apps that store logins and passkeys, with plan details taken from each maker's own page.

One weak or reused password can open your email, bank and customer data. A password manager creates and stores strong ones so nobody on your team has to remember them. Many now store passkeys too, which are logins that use your device instead of a typed password.

Several vendor pages did not show exact prices when we loaded them, so we say so rather than guess. Check the current price before you buy.

How we picked

We confirmed each product and its plans on the maker's own site, then compared the list with two roundups: Engadget's password manager guide (last updated April 2025) and Zapier's 2026 guide (updated March 2026). Neither covers every product here, so placement within our list is not a test ranking. NordPass and Enpass were left out because their sites would not load for us.
