Calendly vs. Cal.com: Which Scheduling Tool Fits a Small Business?

Both have a free plan and team scheduling. Cal.com is cheaper per seat on its team plan, and Calendly's team plan costs more.

Calendly and Cal.com both let clients book time with you from a shared link, without the back and forth of email. The big difference on price is the free plan: Calendly's is limited to one event type, while Cal.com's free plan has unlimited event types for one user.

Prices below come from each company's official pricing page, checked today. Both pages showed yearly billing prices.

Our take

Pick Cal.com if you are a solo owner who wants unlimited event types for free, or a small team that wants round-robin booking at the lower price. Pick Calendly if your team already knows it or you need its HubSpot and Mailchimp links on Standard. Both are free to try, so book a test appointment on each.
