Pick Notion if your team mostly writes, plans and shares knowledge and you want a clean workspace with AI built in. Pick ClickUp if you run projects with deadlines, hours and dashboards and want those features in the cheapest paid tier. Price the AI before you commit: in both products the best AI features cost extra or sit on higher plans. ClickUp's page also showed a second, yearly-only price table with different plan names; we used the monthly and yearly figures shown in its main plan cards.
